৪১তম বিসিএসের বিজ্ঞপ্তি আজ বুধবার প্রকাশ করতে যাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ সরকারি কর্মকমিশন (পিএসসি)। এই বিসিএস হবে সাধারণ (জেনারেল)। এই বিসিএসে নেওয়া হবে ২ হাজার ১৬৬ জনকে। পিএসসির একাধিক সূত্র প্রথম আলোকে এই তথ্যের সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করেছে।
৪১তম বিসিএসে সবচেয়ে বেশি নেওয়া হবে শিক্ষা ক্যাডারে। এই ক্যাডারে ৯১৫ জনকে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। এর মধ্যে বিসিএস শিক্ষাতে প্রভাষক ৯০৫ জন, কারিগরি শিক্ষা বিভাগে প্রভাষক ১০ জন নেওয়া হবে।

শিক্ষার পরে বেশি নিয়োগ হবে প্রশাসন ক্যাডারে। প্রশাসনে ৩২৩ জনকে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।


পুলিশে ১০০ জন, বিসিএস স্বাস্থ্যতে সহকারী সার্জন ১১০ জন ও সহকারী ডেন্টাল সার্জন ৩০ জন নেওয়া হবে।

পররাষ্ট্রে ২৫ জন, আনসারে ২৩ জন, অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ে সহকারী মহা হিসাবরক্ষক (নিরীক্ষা ও হিসাব) ২৫ জন, সহকারী কর কমিশনার (কর) ৬০ জন, সহকারী কমিশনার (শুল্ক ও আবগারি) ২৩ জন ও সহকারী নিবন্ধক ৮ জন নেওয়া হবে।

পরিসংখ্যান ও তথ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগে পরিসংখ্যান কর্মকর্তা ১২ জন, রেলপথ মন্ত্রণালয়ে সহকারী যন্ত্র প্রকৌশলী ৪ জন, সহকারী ট্রাফিক সুপারিনটেনডেন্ট ১ জন, সহকারী সরঞ্জাম নিয়ন্ত্রক ১ জন, সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (সিভিল) ২০ জন, সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (যান্ত্রিক) ৩ জন নেওয়া হবে।

তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ে সহকারী পরিচালক বা তথ্য কর্মকর্তা বা গবেষণা কর্মকর্তা ২২ জন, সহকারী পরিচালক (অনুষ্ঠান) ১১ জন, সহকারী বার্তা নিয়ন্ত্রক ৫ জন, সহকারী বেতার প্রকৌশলী ৯ জন, স্থানীয় সরকার বিভাগে বিসিএস জনস্বাস্থ্য প্রকৌশলে সহকারী প্রকৌশলী ৩৬ জন, সহকারী বন সংরক্ষক ২০ জন।

সহকারী পোস্টমাস্টার জেনারেল পদে ২ জন, বিসিএস মৎস্যতে ১৫ জন, পশুসম্পদে ৭৬ জন, কৃষি সম্প্রসারণ কর্মকর্তা ১৮৩ জন ও বৈজ্ঞানিক কর্মকর্তা ৬ জন, বিসিএস বাণিজ্যে সহকারী নিয়ন্ত্রক ৪ জন।

পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা ৪ জন, বিসিএস খাদ্যে সহকারী খাদ্যনিয়ন্ত্রক ৬ জন ও সহকারী রক্ষণ প্রকৌশলী ২ জন, বিসিএস গণপূর্তে সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (সিভিল) ৩৬ জন ও সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (ই/এম) ১৫ জনসহ মোট ২ হাজার ১৩৫ জন কর্মকর্তাকে এই বিসিএসে নিয়োগ করা হবে।

How To Apply

At first interested candidates go to http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ 

Then Click: Online Registration for 41 BCS Examination 2019

After going to this address you can see 3 radio button like

1. Application Form for General Cadre

2. Application Form for Technical Cadre/Professional Cadre

3. Application Form for General and Technical/ Professional (both) Cadre

If the candidate wishes to be the candidate of General Cadre only then General Cadre’s Application Form’s radio button will be clicked, the General Cadre application (BPSC Form-1) will be visible. Similarly, if you are willing to be a candidate for General and Technical / Professional cadre, then by clicking on the third radio button for both cadre, the BPSC Form-1 for both the cadre will be visible. If the expected BPSC Form-1 is visible, each part of the form must be filled in accordance with the given instructions. BPSC Form-1 has 3 parts: Part-1 Personal Information, Part-2 Educational Qualification, Part-3 Cadre Option. Detailed instructions for the BPSC Form-1 and detailed information / instructions given in each field of BPSC Form-1 should be filled by BPSC Form-1.

Online Payment Method

you have to pay in 2 step by sms from your teletalk mobile number. For payment you have to apply first and have to know your user id and have sufficient balance (at least 700 tk) in your teletalk SIM.Here is the details in step by step.

1st step:

BCS<space>User ID

send the msg to 16222

Example : BCS QRJSGHJ

After sending the first SMS you will receive this SMS as reply are describing bellow.

Reply : Applicant’s Name(your name), Tk-700(100 Tk. for Physically Handicapped, Ethnic Minority Group and Third Gender Group Candidates) will be Charged as Application Fee. Your PIN is (8 digit number) XXXXXXX. To Pay Fee, type BCS < Space>YesPIN and send to 16222.

2nd step:

BCS<space>YES<space>Your Pin

and send it to 16222

Example : BCS YES 12345678

After sending the Second SMS you will receive this SMS as reply are describing bellow.

Reply : Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for 41st BCS Examination. User ID is (xxxxxxxx) and Password (xxxxxxxx). N.B.: For Lost Password, Please Type BCSHELPSSC Board SSC RollSSC Year and send to 16222
